Most people already know what they want or need to do, but what often keeps them stuck are limiting beliefs that quietly shape their decisions, the environments they are in, and the habits they repeat without awareness.

Together, we'll uncover what's keeping you stuck, challenge the beliefs that are holding you back, and create new ways of thinking and acting that support the life you want to build. This is supported by action and accountability so change is not just understood, but actually lived.

Change happens when more than just mindset shifts. It happens when your environment shifts too, physically, mentally, and emotionally. When you step into different spaces, patterns begin to break, perspective expands, and new choices become possible.

When these shifts begin to happen, you stop second-guessing yourself. Decisions become easier. Life starts to move again.

About

Hi I'm Nadia and my journey into this work started long before I became a coach.

In my late teens, I experienced depression, which led me into years of self-development, mindset work, and healing.

In my early twenties, travel became a turning point. A trip to Mexico showed me how powerful it is to change your environment, and how quickly your mindset, confidence, and perspective can shift when you do.

After losing my mum in 2020, and again reaching a crossroads in 2023, I found myself questioning the life I was living. A period of travel through South America, combined with deeper personal development, and later, training in coaching, meditation, and energy work, marked a major shift in my path.

Today, I support women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what’s next through coaching, mindset tools, meditation, energy work, and transformational travel experiences.

Coaching

Coaching is about understanding where you are now, where you want to be, and what's standing in the way.

Using the Unbreakable Mindset methodology, we'll explore the different areas of your life, uncover limiting beliefs, identify unhelpful patterns and triggers, and create goals that feel meaningful to you.

Along the way, I'll support you with practical tools, honest conversations, and accountability to help you turn insight into action.

Available as 1:1 coaching and group programmes.

Mindset and Meditation

These sessions combine guided discussion with meditation to help you slow down, reflect, and develop a healthier relationship with your thoughts and emotions.

Each session includes time to explore what's present for you, along with practical mindfulness techniques and a guided meditation.


Drawing on traditional mindfulness practices in a simple and accessible way, the sessions are designed to help you cultivate greater awareness, resilience, and a sense of calm that you can carry into everyday life.


Available as private sessions, group workshops, and wellbeing sessions.

Energy Work

Energy healing offers a holistic approach to wellbeing, supporting the connection between mind and body.

My approach is rooted in chakra healing, which is facilitated through practices such as breathwork, gentle movement, meditation, and visualisation.

These practices work together to support regulation of the nervous system, encourage greater awareness, and create space for rest, reflection, or renewed energy depending on what the body and system need in the moment.

Sessions can support emotional balance and overall wellbeing as part of a wider personal growth journey.

Available as private sessions and workshops.

Retreats and Experiences

Sometimes the biggest shifts happen when we step outside our everyday environment.

My retreats bring together coaching, meditation, wellbeing practices, and intentional experiences, alongside the power of changing environment to support reflection, perspective, and personal growth.

Whether it’s a day retreat, weekend experience, or international journey, each one offers space to pause, gain perspective, and reconnect with yourself away from daily routine.

Why Environment Matters

One of the biggest lessons I've learned through travel, coaching, and personal development is that environment shapes us more than we often realise.

When our environment changes, it naturally creates a shift in our thoughts, behaviours, and emotional responses. This is because we tend to operate on familiar patterns in familiar environments, and when those cues change, those patterns are interrupted and we begin to respond differently.

Even simple changes like travel, new routines, or practices like meditation can create this interruption. They help quiet habitual thinking and create space for a different internal state to emerge.

Physical Environment

This is the external world around you, the places you go, the experiences and the people you spend time with.

Examples: travelling somewhere new, spending time in nature, going on retreats, changing your daily surroundings, or being around people who expand your thinking.

Your physical environment influences your energy, habits, and the opportunities you see available to you.

Mental Environment

This is your inner world of thoughts, beliefs, and attention, or the lens you see life through.

Examples: the stories you tell yourself, the content you consume, journaling, learning new perspectives, or working with a coach to challenge old beliefs.

Your mental environment shapes how you interpret your experiences and what you believe is possible.

Emotional Environment

This is your internal felt experience, your emotional state and how your nervous system responds to life.

Examples: feeling calm, grounded, and open vs anxious, overwhelmed, or shut down; feeling safe in relationships; feeling supported, connected, or at ease.

Your emotional environment reflects your internal state in each moment, which is then expressed through the body.

This can honestly change your life. It all seems so cliché and maybe even a bit cheesy but it works. Follow the steps and trust the process. It’s been so much better for me than years of therapy.

I felt so supported, inspired and definitely challenged. I did things that took me out of my comfort zone but this was always met with kindness and patience and I felt held throughout.
